Dr. Luis Cesar Valencia is a graduate of Autonomous University of Queretaro School of Medicine, Ranked 1st in class; with a 2 year General Surgery Residency at the American British Cowdray Medical Center, and a Plastic Surgery Residency at Mexico City General Hospital “HGRL” held by The National Autonomous University of Mexico.
He did part of his training at Yale University, Texas Childrens Hospital, Mayo Clinic, MD Anderson Cancer Center and University of Toronto. Following his plastic surgery training he completed a Body contouring and Gluteal Fellowship in Brazil under the mentorship of the world-renowned plastic surgeon and master in the field, Dr. Raul Gonzalez. He then moved to Toronto to perform an Aesthetic and Reconstructive Breast Surgery Fellowship at University of Toronto.
Dr. Valencia is a board certified plastic surgeon by @CMCPER and member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, The American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, The International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, and The Mexican Society of Plastic Aesthetic and Reconstructive Surgery.
